Violation of rights

Can a Judge be sued for Violation of rights in a custody hearing (female judge ruling in favor of exwife that has several arrests for endangering) buy deliberately refusing to allowing me (father) to present (in court) my ''fact findings'' defense and, ruled without allowing me to be heard at all.
