Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
my son was ridning a new bicycle and the front fork broke on it aand he fell off had to go to the emergency room. he got 4 stiches on his chin and scaps and bruises on his face. do we have any legal rights to sue the manufacturer? he also broke 2 bones in his wrist when he fell.
