Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I have a PL 165.40 accusation against me and it's my first criminal charge. I need a lawyer but I don't know how and where to contact one. I'm scared, helpless and in trouble. I'm just been resident of the US and I figured that maybe deportation will be involved? I need answers and help, please someone

I believe I have spoken to someone recently with your same problem. A competent crimnal defense attorney can likely negotiate these charges to either an ACD or a violation with no permanent criminal record and no jail time. An immigration specialist should be consulted to determine what affect either of these outcomes will have on your immigration status. I would reccommend separate attorneys for each aspect of your situation to maintain objectivity .You may contact my office @ 718-834-0087 for a free phone consultation.
