Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Reckless driving in nyc

Hello, I recieved a criminal court summons about 2 months ago for Reckless driving in NYC, and the Policeman wrote that I was in violation of Section 1190. I have been doing a lot of research and I cannot find ''section 1190'' anywhere. In the description box he did write out the words reckless drive though. Is it possible that there isn't such a code and this mistake on the officers part would be grounds for the case to be dismissed?
