Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Talling the ten year time frame
Jan 4, 1993 to mid nov 1993 i was in prison for a felony. Aug 16 2003 I was arrested for another felony. My question is do i fall in the ten year period or is my ten year up? Am i a second time felon or not?
