DWAI and employment
I have just graduated college and have been recently hired for a huge company in NYC and will be starting in 2 weeks. Although they have already told me that I am hired, the company still has to do a background check on me. In August 2003, I got my first and only traffic violation, which had to be a DWAI, also in the state of NY. Will this violation be a problem/threat for me? Although they have hired me, do they have the right to take the offer back?

It all depends on what questions you were asked....if you materially misrepresented yourself in a question, they can take back the offer.
