modeling contract
Is it posable to have a legel contract drafted. In which areas are blank to fill in names,an amount of percenages that the model owes agent,and number of years or months the person is in contract?
The situation would be I nvest in a models profoilo,and distrubute it to other agenices. In which if said model get signed, I am intitled to a percentage of the net earnings.

Your intent can be expressed in a properly worded template document. Most competent attorneys can help you draft one that will fit your needs. I do however warn that each individual ly executed contract should be specific and reviewed by an attorney to ensure that each parties right's and responsibilities are laid out.
