Your entitlement would depend on what you put into the home during the marriage to increase its value.

Have you helped pay the mortgage during the marriage?

Was your income used to determine the amount of the refinance?

Is you name on the refinance papers?

If you do not have an attorney yet and need representation for your divorce give me a call.

Sincerely,

Patricia Martin-Gibbons, Esq.
