Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I need to file Separation, Child Custody and Visitation. Plus Child Support.↲I am a Disable person. I have been married for 4 and half years. My husband was abusive to me. That's why I came out of there with my 3 old son. He used to hit my son too.↲He actually married me to Become Legal in this Country. ↲I have a Postnuptial Agreement done by An Attorney, Which is already Signed by My Husband.↲It Says that "if we get separated or divorced, I will get Sole, Legal,Physical Custody Of My 3 Years Old Son. Plus the Visitation Time and Place will be set by The Mother (Me). Also father have to pay child support,allimony. ↲Now My Question I want to File for Separation and Custody Attaching that Postnuptial Agreement which is signed and sealed. So, the separation paper will mention that my husband have follow what it says on the Postnuptial.↲I need an Attorney who can be able to file for Me Like that way I am wanting. Plus if needed fight for Me against him if he don't want to sign.↲I want to protect me and my son from him. Please anyone reply me as soon as possible.
