Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have been legally separated for over two years. My wife is now living with someone else.What are my options for divorce under the recently signed law.

If you've been legally separated for two years you don't need to wait for the new law - you can file for divorce on the grounds of having lived apart under a separation agreement for more than one year.

BTW, the law does not go into effect until mid-October.
