Unless there are child endanagement issues, your wife can have her boyfriend move in. If you are disturbed by the entire matter, you can file for custody or file a motion to prevent overnight male guests. The judge will use his discretion in reviewing your motion.

While the boyfriend can stay over, you can file for custody or list adultery as a reason for your divorce.

You can also move to prevent overnight stays.

Do you currently have a visitation order on file?
