Can my exwife bring action aginst my current wife in FAMILY court just for sending 2 emails 1 to my exwife and 1 to my daughter? None of them was any way harrasment just requesting information about health

The short answer is yes. Whether your ex will be successful depends on the language and the nature of the e-mails.
