if i signed a notarized letter can that letter be over turned or thrown out?

Depending on the letter, it may be nullified or deemed invalid in part or entirely.

A notarized letter simply means that you have read the statements, they are true, and the signature is yours. Take your letter to an attorney to determine its status.
