What is the statue of limitation on a separation decree for distribution of propertyin new york state?

I am not sure what you are asking but I am going to try to answer your question to the best of my ability.

If you have already executed a separation agreement then there is no statute of limitations to enforce the agreement. You can bring an action to enforce the terms of the agreement.

If you have not executed an agreement and are divorced you need to get together with a matrimonial attorney as soon as possible because the time table is running but not definite. A judge will have the final say as to what will be divided up and how.
