Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
I ama currently working on my OPT which expires Jan 2015.My current employer is filing H1B petition. If I get receipt notice from USCIS,
with case number that starts with EAC, can I change employer during that period without waiting for H1B to get appproved?

No. the I-129 petition must be approved first.
