i have green card and i get married to u.s citizin how long i haveto wait to get the citizin ship?

At least 3 years from the date of becoming a permanent resident OR the date of marriage (if married a US citizen while already in a lawful permanent status), or 5 years from the date of becoming a permanent resident (if this comes sooner). I would need more information regarding your particular case before I could comment on it properly.

Becoming a US citizen is not easy. By the way, you have not stated how long you have had your green card. If you have only just received it then you have a temporary green card.

This will mean that you will have to wait an additional two years and then return to immigration for a second interview before you are given a ten year green card.

You cannot apply for your citizenship until you have received the 10 year green card and have completed more than half of that time living and working in the US.
