Dear Michael:
Thank you very much for your help..
If i don't renew my husband's green card will he automaticly get deported out of us ?? Also, do i have to divorce him to get him deported ?? Can he stay even though I don't get the green card renewed for him ??

If he can prove a valid marriage he will likely not be deported, though he will likely need an attorney to do this. This is regardless of the divorce.
