Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

commission sales

A former employer is trying to cut my commissions unfairly. I sold the jobs but they are trying to split my commission with a current employee. That employee used to be my Sales manager who is now demoted to a sales person. They are saying he had to revise my job. I called the customer and this isn't true. What can I do. This was in NY and I now live in AZ.
