Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

My employer is paying for an employees health insurance because he is having an affair with this person. Its suppose to be a big secret but I have proof. I need health insurance in Sept. and will have to pay full amount . Is this legal?

If your employer is openly having an affair with a co-worker you should consider filing a complaint with the EEOC and your employer's Human Resources Department.
