Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I need a Pro bono Lawyer not a lawyer who wants 600 already spoke to one who asked for that which I think is mean considering my unemployment is 800 a month

I need a lawyer to come wiht me to an appeal with the dept of labor , they say they overpaid me 2 years ago by 519.00 the former employer refuses to give me mytime cards to prove differently and my penalty with unemployment is 8 weeks which will bring it to 11 weeks no money , its already been 5 weeks now I am scared I am broke I need help and cant find anyone who can or will help me.

Please someone with a heart help me this is not fair
