punishment

1 Is it legal for an emplorer to deduct 1 dollar an hour for one month if you are late or leave eairly. second step 2 dollar an hour for a month.

2 The end of the year bonus which was earned will not be given out unless you say something positive about every other person at work. can they actualy make you do that?

1) It is legal to deduct salary for the time you did not work. For instance, if you are paid $8 an hour and a 40 hour week and left work an hour early it is legal to deduct $8 from your $320 gross income. However if the $8 was already deducted so you have $312 gross income it is not legal to deduct an additional dollar.

2) While iti s not legal to force you to say something nice about your co-workers it is also not a legal requirment that you receive an end of year bonus.
