Brother doesn't pay rent

My brother hasn't paid rent in 3 months and is on the lease with me in a nyc housing apartment. His girlfriend steals from me all the time. How can I get them both out the house. I am the lease holder.

Re: Brother doesn't pay rent

If they do not leave voluntarily you would need to initiate court action for summary proceedings in order to evict them. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
