Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New York

Hello.

I signed a contract with Time Warner Cable Internet. Next day they called me and told me they won't honor the contract cause their prices changed..

Are they allowed to do that? Or is it illegal.

I'm an NC resident but their master agreement mentions the Law of NY for the interpretation validity and enforcement of it.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Dennis

Generally, the answer is no. However, I would have to read the exact terms of the agreement and what constitutes a binding acceptance on behalf of Time Warner Cable to give a definitive answer.
