I am sorry for your terrible ordeal. In dogbite cases we have to determine a few issues. Firstly, what are the extent of your son's injuries? Second, does the owner of the dog have insurance? Typically the owner of the dog would be covered under his homeowners policy if he owns a home.

Call me, Pasquale Calcagno, Esq., to discuss these issues for free at 1(800)WE-FIGHT. You can also visit us on the web at www.1800wefight.com.

We have convenient locations all over New York and can even have a lawyer come to you for a free, confidential consultation upon request.

I look forward to speaking with you.
