is it possible to sue my employer

fell down stairs at work USPS and tore rotator cuff, and have cervical and lumbar injuries. Surgery was done on rotator cuff. persently collecting benifits through owcp accident was march 5, 2007. as an employee of the postal service I was always told I couldn't sue them

If the building was leased from a third party you might have a case against the owner.

There may be several other parties you could sue, including: the builder, the subcontractor, building owner, and the property manager.
