defective deed
i have just been advised that my deed to my home we bought in 2006 was never recorded in my name and that sctn, blk, lot is in another parties name i am trying to resolve a foreclosure action, what can i do and what our my rememdies

You have to immediately contact the title company that insured title and was supposed to record the deed.
