foreclosure served

I have not been served with papers, but the other person on the mortgage has been. Do I need to be served personally?

Re: foreclosure served

You do not necessari;ly have to be personally served. A copy left at the property and then mailed can be good service.

You should consult an attorney to make sure that your rights are protected.

You can also call me for a free audit to determine if the bank followed the proper procedures
