Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My husband commented adultry then i had to have a restraining order filed on him..the order is up in about 20 days,i stll live in the house,he's renting a house with the girlfriend..he's telling people he will be coming here the day the order is up & take what he wants...Can he?

CONTACT A WOMEN'S ADVOCACY GROUP and they will tell you the best way to get the order updated there. Technically, they usually allow a person to come and get some things with a police officer there but this is different.
