Can a lien be filed in court without a judgment having previously been entered?

I do not really understand your question.

However, a litigant may lien real property with a Lis Pendence (Notice of Pendency) if the claim involves real property. The Lis Pendence is filed before Judgment in an action. The Lis Pendence is for 3 years.
