selling of home

I own 1/3 of my deceased parents home. I have lived here for the past 10 years. Paid all taxes, insurance and have taken care of the house by myself. Can my siblings force me to sell?

Yes, if they file a partition action in the court. This is timely, unpleasant and expensive so you should consider just buying them out if that is possible.

Only if they go to Cour and the Court orders a sale. This requires a lawsuit.
