Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
My vehicle was struck by another vehicle while it was parked outside of my apartment. It was totaled but the other vehicle has no insurance. My insurance company won't fix my car because I don't have collision. What can I do.

you may try to sue the owner and the driver of the offending vehicle and hope they have money.
