Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
My wife is listed as a Distributee in a relatives will, the the domicile listed sold for over $700,000 but the executors say the will does not need to be probated. Is this correct?? Alos how cn we find out what the total amount of the estate was?? This will is for New York State
