I had an aunt who inherited part of an estate before she was married she dies and is survied by her husband does he inherit her part of estate

Aunt's inheritance becomes her property. Upon marriage, her property and new husband's property become marital property (for estate purposes only). Upon Aunt's death, husband entitled to right of election.

Yes, your aunt's husband is entitled to his share of your aunt's entire estate, which includes the inheritance.
