When you are injured in the course of your employment you are entitled to workers compensation benefits which will pay you a weekly payment if out of work more than seven days and pay for all injury related medical care. While consulting an attorney can be important, it is even more important to seek medical care, report the injury and then see where you are in a few weeks. Good luck and feel free to check out my free reports at www.markhofflaw.com/getfreereport.cfm. Good luck!
