If you have an attorney, ask him or her. If you don't have a lawyer, you may need one. It sounds like you have a serious claim and may need help getting everything you're entitled to. We have over 20 years experience in workers comp. Feel free to contact us.

If your case is controverted you will have to be present to testify. If you do not have a lawyer, I suggest you get one. I see that you are writing from the Bronx, I have an office in White Plains and have extensive Workers Compensation experience. Please contact me and we can meet to discuss your case.
