internet purchase
What recourse do I have for return or refusal of product purchase from the internet, seller states that I am responsilbe for shipping and 30% restocking fee is this true?

If you agreed to it, likely yes. Otherwise, no. One of the highest "restocking" fees I've ever heard of. What type of product?
