Why would your husband need to sign divorce papers? Do you actually believe you need his consent or permission to divorce him? You do not. North Carolina is a no fault state meaning if you meet the eligibility requirements for a divorce (and you probably do) - you are entitled to it and there isn't squat all he can legally do to prevent it. It is also fairly cheap - our firm charges $395 for everything including the court cost Just visit easyncdivorce.com
