Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

I hired a bail bondsmen yesterday to get a friend out of jail. However we found out after paying the money that he is on a ICE hold. Is there anyway to revoke this bail through the court system?

You can try and talk to the ICE officer assigned to your friend's case to find out if they will agree to release him on bond. If not, you'd have to request a hearing before a judge, although he is most likely already scheduled for a hearing. In any case, you will need an immigration attorney to help you with all of this. As for getting your money back, consult with a criminal attorney.
