my k1 has been denial what can we do next,can we withdrawal the case and file marry petition?

If the K-1 was denied, you can appeal (depending on the basis of denial), file a timely motion to reopen with new evidence or simply re-file. Or if you choose to travel abroad and get married, you can then file the marriage based petition for your spouse. I'd highly recommend discussing this with an experienced immigration lawyer prior to proceeding on a course of action.
