Can I view a Will in North Carolina that is under Probate?

Any will that has been filed in the probate court is a matter of public record and can be accessed by anyone unless there is some kind of court order sealing the record. I cannot imagine why such an order would exist here unless the deceased was a celebrity or there was some other good cause.
