Legal Question in Workers Comp in North Carolina
need important question answered
i think that i need to hire a lawyer to handle my wc case, but i need to if my compensation checks are going to stop if i do hire one being that my case is already ongoing. any help would be greatly apreciated. thank-you

If your claim is accepted and you are getting ongoing benefits, we do not normally charge an attorney fee until after a hearing or settlement. You need the benefits to survive on.
Our main concern is LONG TERM. We only accept serious injury cases requiring surgery. Be aware you may also have a Social Security Disability claim. Your benefits in an accepted claim can only be stopped by the Industrial Commission or by a return to work. NCWORKCOMP.COM
