Legal Question in Family Law in North Dakota

I represented myself when my husband took me to court over medical expenses and visitation. In my response afidavit I showed where he actually owed me. We went before a judicial referee and the referee ruled that I was correct and that my ex's attorney would have to draw up the papers and I would need to submit some canceled checks. i submited my copies of the canceled checks to the other attorney and now he has never filed the admendment. That was 5 months ago. I have repeatedly called the referee and his latest advice is to call the attorney. That has also gotten me nowhere. What kind of motion can i file to expediate the process or get a judgment by default?

Write a letter to the Judge stating the facts and then the Judges clerk will likely contact the attorney and remind them to file the amendment.
