Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

Divorce/Medical Malpractice

I was involved with a sexual affair with my physician which has ended. My husband knows and we are working to improve our marriage. However, if our marriage ends in divorce, it will not be due to my affair. My question is: If my husband and I divorce, are there any legalities he could pursue against my doctor (as an injured spouse)? Are there any other legal realities/implications/possibilities that could be attached to this sort of affair...for me or for my physician?

You may have a medical malpractice case against the doctor as well. There are lawyers in my office who have extensive experience in this area of consensual sex between patient and physician. If you wish to speak with them please advise.
