Re: death from too much blood thinner

If a doctor makes an error, the person who is the victim of the error has a right to be compensated for their loss. If, in the opinion of a qualified medical expert, an error was made then the patient has a case. The bigger question? Will the case have a satisfactory outcome? This is a more complicated question.

A person experienced in these types of cases should be able to help you decide if there is a case and if the case should be pursued. Don't be embarassed or reluctant to talk directly to an attorny. the conversations are confidential-and usually there is no charge for the information.

If you are considering a claim, you should talk to an experienced attorney as soon as possible. There are strict time limits for these cases and the procedural rules are different than for other injury cases.

I have been helping seriously injured people for over 30 years. If you want to call I will be happpy to discuss the issues with you confidentially. No charge or obligation. In any event, you need to talk directly to an attorney as soon as possible.

Good luck

If you can prove that she died of too much blood thinner (and not the cancer) then you would have a case.
