Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Ohio

statute of limitations

december 2003, hospitalized with severe bronchitis & given intraveinus steroids.december 2004 had right hip replaced.november 2005 had left hip replaced. august 2006 had left shoulder replaced. still need right shoulder replaced. all due to avascular neucrosis which is caused by steroids. do i have any legal recourse, or is statute of limitations expired? thanks for any help

I will need a lot more information before I can tell you if you are out of time. Who gave you the Steroids? Is that doctor, hospital, or group still taking care of you? Who is doing your surgeries? When did you find out that the steroids are the cause of your problem? You need to talk directly to an attorney as soon as possible!
