Garnishment
If a wife has credit card debt in her name alone- can her husbands military pay be garnished as a result of a judgement??

If the debt is solely in the wife's name and the wife is responsible for the debt, her husband is not responsible. However, if you live in a community property state it may effect the husband. What state do you live in?
