Can I sell an expensive fertility drug to another with a valid Rx?

My hsuband and I have decided not to go through another round of in-vitro fertilization. We have, however, already purchased thousand in medication and would like to help other women who are also paying out-of-pocket for these incredibly expensive drugs. We would like to offer them at 60% of cost and would provide proper cold pack storage and overnight shipping. They were purchased by us from a regular pharmacy in the US and are not from abroad or illegal in any way.

I would be very concerned about selling your prescription to another even with a valid prescription. First of all I beleive only a registered pharmacy can sell meds. Second, I would be concerned with the liability if someone has an adverse reaction. Third, selling drugs without a license is tantamount to selling "illegal" drugs such as crack. While I realize that it is a waste, it is not a good idea to resell drugs.
