Warranty Laws

can a ''warranty'' given by a retail store be viewed as

a contract...and can a minor be bound by this warranty

agreement..without the signature or knowledge of a parent or another adult?

A warranty is considered a contract. Any contract entered into with a minor is voidable. Therefore, you, as the parent or guardian, can cancel the agreement.
