Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Ohio

Breach of Contract - Auto co-sign

I co-signed a loan which is still owned by the bank. My name is owner on bank loan but is not on title (held by bank). The other person has stopped making payments and I have now made two months worth of payments to save my credit. What do I need to do to get the keys from her and make her sign the title over to me? She is driving without car insurance. She will not willingly give me the keys. Thank you

Inform the local police that she doesn't have insurance and of your loan sitatuion. Driving without insurance is an automatic 90 day license suspension. As for the title, you might try the state title agency. I know they can issue a new title under some circumstances, but I am not sure what those are. If they can't help, you will need to file a lawsuit to get a court to order the title in your name.
