Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio

plumbing backed up by ''flushable'' feminine hygiene products

I recently had to call Roto-Rooters to unclog the main pipe to the sewer at my house. During the unclogging process, the technician said the cause of the clog was feminine hygiene products. I informed him that the brand of tampons was both flushable and biodegradable. He then told me that they are neither flushable nor biodegradable, and he didn't know why the manufacturer was lying about it. I then went and inspected the box of tampons itself to make sure that the exact wording was ''flushable and biodegradble'', and it was. I asked the technician if he was sure that the clog was indeed caused by the excessive amount of feminine hygiene products he was continuously pulling out of the pipe, and he confirmed that is was. Do I have a legal right to sue the manufacturer for false advertisement, provided the technician is willing to testify to that effect (and he has agreed to do so)?
